Returns and Shipping Policy

Since Loka is an online store, we use the efficient services of reliable courier companies that can deliver your package (only in South Africa) to your front door. Delivery will take approximately 5 to 14 working days, from the time you have placed your final order and paid.

Loka has a fixed delivery rate of R110 per order.

Loka takes no responsibility for the delay of courier service delivery deadlines, theft or damage of parcels. Claims regarding the above must be handled by clients and submitted to the relevant courier company.

Orders worth R5 000 and above qualify for free delivery.

Order Cancellation Rights 111

You are entitled to cancel your order within 1 (one) working day without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered – unless you have ordered a personalized product / item. Then no cancellation or refund will be processed.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing info@oosrandloka.co.za

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 (fourteen) days. If 14 (fourteen) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.

Items that have been personalized with a client’s details or name can unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your garment product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Gift vouchers / cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any faulty item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will provide to you by an online gift voucher to the same amount as per your returned item(s).

Exchanges (if applicable)
